Greg & Shelley | Maternity Session in Franklin TN

On our first Sunday at Rolling Hills Community Church, these two sang a duet in Worship and I was blown away by their voices.  Brandon and I knew right away that we had truly landed in 'Music City!'  During their song, I leaned over to my sister who was sitting next to me and I said "wow! they are really, really good!" and she said "yeah they are!  They're both country singer/songwriters.  They're awesome and such sweet people!"  

Fast forward exactly one year, and I had the joy of meeting and photographing those super sweet and talented people and their growing family!  these two are going to make the best parents!  shelley is glowing and said she is absolutely loving pregnancy!  yay!  their love for their sweet boy is so evident and the way they look with awe at her sweet baby bump is completely authentic.

And since these two are in front of cameras quite often, i knew they'd be super easy to pose and would be naturals - so I took advantage of the situation and had us venture to a couple new locations for our session (franklin is seriously flocked with amazing beauty - god is so generous to spoil us with such gorgeous natural surroundings!)  The first place we shot was an incredible tree-lined forest, it was a gem that I stumbled upon and was super giddy to shoot in!  take that tree lined forest + her gorgeous red hair and that stunning white dress + their sweet love for each other and their love for baby boy =  a dream session for me!!! 

shelley & greg, i had so much fun with you two and i can't wait to meet baby bates in (+/-) 7 weeks at your newborn session!!!
