The Santa Experience

The Details:

  • November 22-24, 2024

  • Westlight Studios in Franklin, TN

  • 10 minute session with the jolly ol' elf! (This session time is for immediate members of your family.)

  • Ticket to Joyland!!!

  • 5 digital images in an online gallery with printing rights

  • Galleries delivered within 2 weeks from session date

  • Want your gallery delivered within 48 hours in order to use on Christmas cards? Rush delivery upgrade option available at check-out.

  • $465 (50% due at booking, remaining 50% due 2 weeks prior to session date)

  • A magical experience for the whole family!

To get your ticket booked, here's what you'll need to do:

  • Select your preferred time/date. If you don’t see a spot that works, please join the waitlist below.

  • Pay the 50% retainer fee of $232.50. The remaining amount is due 2 weeks prior to your session date. You will receive an email to pay the remaining balance.

  • Fill out the contract. There will be a yellow highlighted portion where you need to list minors who will be photographed and their birthdays.

  • Once this is done, you're finished! You will get a confirmation email from me once I review everything and sign the contract myself. 

    Please know that if you "go back" on a page or exit out of this booking proposal, you will forfeit your spot! You have 10 minutes to book your spot, pay the deposit and sign the contract! If these aren’t done within 10 minutes, your spot will be opened back up for others to book.
    *Disclaimer: when everyone logs on at once to book, sometimes double bookings happen bc the system can’t keep up with everyone grabbing spots! If this happens, I will reach out to you to request that you shift your time spot slightly!

FAQs

  • Santa has YEARS of experience with children (he is Santa, after all)... there's nothing he hasn't seen! He and Brigette work effortlessly in all situations to make sure kids have a great time! We will not traumatize your child AT ALL. If you are okay with the "crying photo" (many parents love this!) then we will snap it real fast and give the child back to their caregivers. If you think your child might cry and you'd prefer them not to, then you might want to come dressed for photos because you might need to hop in and hold your child while they meet Santa.

  • Tickets are non-refundable; however, there is always a waitlist for this event so you can either give your ticket to a friend (please notify Brigette if you do this) or you can email hello@brigettebillups.com and we will look at getting your ticket sold to a family on the waitlist.

  • You will receive a questionnaire in your email after booking that I kindly request you fill out prior to your session so Santa and Brigette know all the details to make your session the most magical it can be!

  • Sure! We can snap a quick photo of the whole family with Santa, or just the whole family on the white sofa!

  • This 10 minute session time is for immediate family members only (grandparents can come watch if they would like)! If you'd like to book cousins/friends together, please reach out to hello@Brigettebillups.com and we will see if we can arrange your sessions to be back-to-back.
