Olivia | Newborn Session in Nashville TN

i seriously want to write a novel about how sweet my time with this family was!!!  lets start in the very beginning... ('A very good place to start.' sound of music anyone?  moving on...)  Sweet Nanette sent me a message after Christmas to tell me that her Christmas gift this year was money towards a newborn session with me!  WHAT?!?!??!  When she sent me that message, I could have cried - in fact, I think I did!  What.an.honor!  I was SO thrilled that she liked my work enough to want to hire me to photograph her little one once she arrived! 

fast forward several months to their newborn session.... every moment with their family was a blast!!  Baby Olivia is absolutely PRECIOUS and was a perfect angel for her session!  Her two big brothers were absolutely AMAZING with her and made it so easy for me to capture sweet moments as they snuggled and loved on her!  They also were just so fun... jumping on the bed, doing the worm, making silly faces, awesome all around! :)  And Nanette and Ryan were all sorts of smiley, happy, completely in love with their family of 5 - parents!! 

I loved getting to know Nanette and her beautiful heart (if you know her, then you completely agree!)  I also loved to hear about the details of their nursery.  Nanette was born and raised in South Africa, so they wanted the nursery to have a south African flair to it - and they executed it just beautifully!  How special to have a piece of her home in her baby girl's bedroom!  

Nanette and Ryan, Congrats on the arrival of Olivia - she is absolutely beeeeeeautiful!!! Thank you so so so much for trusting me to take her newborn photos!  I absolutely loved my morning with your fun and awesome family!!
